Before you make an investment to join our gym, why not make sure you will be happy with your decision. We encourage you to stop by for a FREE* 3 DAY PASS. Hit the weights, jump on a treadmill or take a class. We'll even send you home with a price sheet to look over. No strings attached.

Teens and Students
You must be at least 13 years old to join Foust Family Fitness. Agreement and liability forms must be signed in-person by a parent or legal guardian of anyone wishing to join Foust Family Fitness that is under the age of 18 years old. No exceptions. Teens 13 - 15 years old must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when using the facility. |
